GRIP personnel have managed the successful lodgement of over one hundred and fifty applications for Australian Plant Breeder’s Rights for plant varieties since the introduction of PBR in Australia.

GRIP has experienced QP personnel registered with the Australian PBR authority.

Trademark Management
GRIP personnel have experience in managing a plant variety trademark portfolio combined with the development and management of marketing programs in which trademark usage forms an integral component, for both domestic and international trademarks.
